i have a 35w set and i like it..if i were to get a deeper blue like 10k,then id want a 55w set..i made one mistake,i dont have the bixenons,so that means i dont have my high beams anymore..but HIDs are stronger than my HBs anyway

Look into doing a projector retro. They are expensive but they will be much brighter than any other pnp HID kit and they will not blind on coming traffic. You dont want to piss people off. Plus, most likely sooner or later one of those people will end up being an officer in a bad mood and then your screwed. lol Definitely look into a projector retro though if you want bright lights.

Yeah, haha, til you blind the oncoming traffic and they slam into you. Smooth move.

Plus in most places it's illegal. Have fun explaining that to your insurance company.

35W is 3 times brighter than stock. 50+ watts is illegal in all 50 states. Then again, Xenons in a halogen housing is illegal anyway and it does not sound like you care about being legal or not blinding people so why run 35s in a propper projector?

Remember this... if you double power of a light you only increase range 50%. Do you really need the additional 25% range 50-55W ballasts would give?

If you need more range offroad consider some offroad lights to supplement your headlights. You will get more range that way.
