Harbor Freight Tools HID Bulb?

    Just got back from Harbor Freight Tools and noticed they sell Super White Halogen Headlight Bulbs for $9.99 each. The package says they give off an HID appearance. Has anybody ever purchased these before and are they any good? Below is a link of the bulbs....

    That's not that cheap, most auto parts stores can get them for around $30 per set, and they are name brand.

    Spacer lift, bumper stickers, ejector seat, etc.
    Definitely wouldn't buy them from Harbor Freight. Stick with a name brand for headlights like a Silverstar or something similar if you want an upgraded bulb.
