Anyone Painted Reflector Bowl Black during Retro with Chrome Shrouds?

Has anyone painted the reflector bowl black and left the shroud chrome/silver? I was thinking about the all black look, but can't decide if I might want a little bit of chrome in there. I'm doing the Morimoto Mini D2S projectors with Apollo shrouds. Pics would be greatly appreciated!

I say you color match the shroud and black out the reflector bowl. Thats how I'll wind up doing it once I go retro

oh. I'd do the whole thing black then. The retro will give enough contrast imo.
