So I am thinking about picking up these headlight housings http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-1...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

and sending them to lightwerkz.net for retrofitting HIDs.

anyone have experience with them?

First, you want to use those lights and send YOUR OEM LIGHTS. Thats the only way they warranty them. You should not spend that kind of money on cheap lights. Have them blackout and refurbish your factory lights.
