Phillips Slim Ballast HID question

I have some Phillips Ultra Slim ballasts sitting in my garage that I had installed on some of my previous vehicles. I believe they are XLD145 ballasts and were used with rebased D2R 9006 bulbs. I have all the wires/ballasts, but no bulbs.

I would like to put these to use if possible, so my questions are:

1) Are these even compatible with our trucks?

2) If so, would I need a specific harness to use them, or just a different type of bulb?
