Below are pics of what I have. The problem is the hid's are low beam only but aren't working when I turn the lights on low. They will turn on when I put them on high beam but it's supposed to be regular lights on high, not the hid's. They were prewired with the Hid's already installed so I didn't mess anything up that end.

I had to uninstal them and put stocks back on so I'm not sure. I'm going to try again Wednesday and will try to take more pics if I have the same problem. Hopefully I won't - going to be pissed if I have to do this more than twice! :)

I had the same problem, but its a simple fix if yours are like mine. P1000322_f2218fa91a7154fe3d59fe70e1d809503a839614.jpg

In this picture you have the new wiring harness, with the blue and red wire and what looks to be black? Now for me I had two red wires but it would be the blue and red wires for you. What you might have to do is unplug the connection in this picture and switch the blue prong with the red prong. For me all i had to do was swap the two prongs and it was fine. Just take a look at it and see if you can get them out and then swap them. If you cant do that then i dont know. but it worked for me

    ...too much shit to list.
Tacomas have an H4 bulb which have hi/low in same bulb. If you bought "HID low beam only," how the hell are you supposed to have "regular light" on high?

You should have bought a hi/low kit. It's the same amount of light whether you are low beam or high beam, it just changes the cutoff. DDM sells them for $50

From the sounds of the kit you have, the wires are backasswards in the harness. Here's a standard H4 pinout. Time to bust out a voltmeter.

LOL, well $hit, I didn't know that. So basically it looks like the wires are probably mixed up and I'm only going to have HID's on low and no hi beam? If the Hids are bright enough hopefully I won't need high beam. The HID's were pre-installed I didn't have the option to choose. If they are the same amount of light does it matter?

Thanks for the help guys, hope to have time to fix them tomorrow.

Well, after 4 hours of trying to figure out how to wire these things I gave up. I'm just going to sell these. The wiring for the LED angel eyes ect. is a pain in the a$$.
