I have an 07 with the stock grill. I'm thinking about getting a pair of small rectangluar lights to install either in the middle or just below the emblem.

The alternative is if I could find a mod for daytime driving lights.

You should try gutting out your whole grille. Just have the free hanging lights w/ no grille insert. I have seen it, looks cool if you have 'bout 3 or 4 6" hid's. Just a idea.

LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
Search on here for DRL mod. You can add the factory DRL option to yours for around 60 bucks.
