is there a way to use the fog lights as day time runners? I've searched and the closest I found is anytime foglights or switch back led's. Both are simmilar to what I'm looking for but not close enough..

Do the fog light anytime mod but hardware past the switch so it can't be turned off but will go off when the ignition is turned off. Or, use a relay, find a circuit that's hot when the ignition is on as the trigger for the relay and hardwire the fogs that way making the switch obsolete.
