What else do I need to finish fog light mod?

Im trying to put a set of fogs on my 08 regular cab. So far I have a set of fog lights, and this:

I am asking the TW army to let me know what else I will need to finish this install. I have a set of DDM Raptor HID Kit, 35W, H4 High / Low, 5000K on the way for my headlights. I would like to install a kit that would mesh well with the headlight kit.

All info is appreciated

I got my first 4x4 in 1972...haven't been without one! I still like Chrome!
