    Is there a light bar that you can put on when you are going off-roading and take off when you aren't that isn't too expensive?

    probably one of the easiest i think would be the randy ellis or the kc light bar..........and there is no such thing as cheapest anymore man;).

    Why would you want to take it on and off?

    I'm sure you could take one like the Randy Ellis one and unbolt it, but then you'd have to rewire the lights every time. Since I hate wiring, I'd leave it.
