moisture in projector headlights

Hey guys, it rained for the first time since putting In my headlights. Checked them today after It stopped and had moisture build up in both. What's the best way to go about fixing it for good. I know about the holes you an drill, but don't want to do that UNLESS it really does work 100%. I'm not really wanting to completely remove them again either, but, I'm sure thats the best way to do It right? So I remove them, pull the bulbs, dry them or bake them, re assemble, then reseal with extra silicone? Or what about the Silica packet?

What seems the best way? Thanks in advance guys.

Bake them in low heat to evaporate the moisture, then reseal them with silicon.

Did you do a retrofit or Are they ebay projectors? If ebay, just throw them in the garbage.

 

They are ebay, but I'm retrofitting them. have been emailing Matt from The Retrofit Source about it. I don't want to split them apart yet since ill be doing that when the projectors get here.
