2003 toyota tacoma 4x4 Little monster truck

So I recently got the DDM tuning kit in the mail to just try out the hids to see if I like them but anyway I was looking at the harness and it has two grounds it looks like does on go on the battery along with the postive? Or do they both go on the body? I looked in the "slimcubby" write up but didn't see anything explaining it
