I got mine off e-bay, but I don't remember the seller's name. I don't have the same lights that you are looking at - I have a 1st gen and I got smoked lights instead of black with crystal clear lenses. Anyway, the information shown on the e-bay page looks familiar.
The lights are cheap, but I am satisfied.
I did not have to seal them as suggested above. I have seen others complaining about fogging, but I have not experienced it.

i wonder if they are prone to the condensation as are alot of ebay headlights. i will second the silicone idea.

I have not had any problems and I have had mine for a while now through rain, hot, cold (Florida cold) etc. weather, but I guess it would not hurt to seal them just to be sure so you do not have to go back and do it later.

i bought them for a retro install. they go on sale a lot from them so watch the price for awhile.

they looked like decent quality, dont know if they will leak as i tore mine apart right out of the box
