    looking to get a set of halogen driving lights for the light bar. I dont need an off road light of HID. any opinions ?

    LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
    Hella 500s are a good bang-for-the-buck. If you want something brighter and bigger without spending a ton of money, Pro Comp 130s are nice too.

    I've got 2 - PIAA 540 fogs and 2 - PIAA 520 driving lights on mine. It's a good combination, I've got a low, short and wide beam for foul weather that works with the low beams and a high, narrow beam that projects pretty far out to help out the high beams.

    how about you check out the customlightz.com thread in the lighting section you can buy housings and have bjorn convert them to either hid set-up and you can choose your wattage or he can retrofit them with some bomber projectors!
