    That's correct. Most area's of Oregon have to have their car go through DEQ every two years.

    they smog, tail pipe and obd. they dont check headlights or engine bay. This isnt CA

    anyone know where to get the hi/lo harness for this? i asked ddm, they seemed confused about such hi/lo harness....

    4,100K is pure white light anything below is yellowish anything above starts at blue and goes to purple. Stock halogens are like 3000K.

    I got 5000k. More on the white side, with just a small hint of blue. Worked awesome in the snow

    They have it with their h4 kits..

    i would make sure the seller has a warrenty, some of the chinese ones are poorly made and the controller frys because of no relay. you can add a 5$ automotive relay to the low beam for added security
