    They look awesome !
I wish you were having better luck with the water getting in .
I'd like to do this retro fit but sounds like there more of a pain in the ass then my retro headlights .

I have a theory about the leaking fog light... That light was leaking before I did the retrofit (part of the reason I went ahead and did it) and I think it might have a hairline crack in the housing itself. I'm going to paint the back of the housing, reseal the whole thing up and hope for the best. There was only a tiny bit of water inside the projector itself this time and more water inside the fog light lens. I'm hoping that paint will make sort of a barrier that will seal up any minor cracks and prevent water from seeping in. If this doesn't work, well I suppose I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

The driver's side one sealed up perfectly and I've had 0 issues with it. Something is up with the passenger side, just can't put my finger on what it is. The light output is great though, even with the issues, I'd do this again in a heartbeat!

I love the output on my retro headlights best lights on all the vehicles I've ever owned . Maybe I'll check yours out if you go to the next mass meet .

I got mine from TRS. You might want to call them or e-mail them. You're right though, I don't see them listed on their website anymore for some reason. Otherwise, you might find the projectors on Amazon or Ebay, then get the rest of the components through TRS so you're not stuck with a cheap HID kit.

I think Matt said they were discontinued?? I think I saw it on hidplanet. He said they would try to find something to replace them but could take a while.

I'd still call them, they might have a spare set kicking around to sell you. They do have a decent stock of parts on hand.

    Working on it now...

The 2012 fogs don't give much room though

Are you doing shrouds and all or just fitting the Blazer projector into the 2012 housing?

Started out trying to fit it in the housing, but the 2012's are angled and it makes it difficult. I should be done Monday or Tuesday, and ill post pics of how I did it:cool:

Update, the passenger side has condensation in it once again... :annoyed:

I need opinions. The driver's side light has been sealed up for months, not a drop of condensation in there. The passenger one has been torn down, cleaned up and resealed 3 times and it still won't stay sealed. If you saw it this last time, you'd laugh, I coated the entire housing with silicone, the only exception being the lens. Seriously, I used an entire tube of RTV silcone on the f-in thing! So, here's my next approach... I want to drill a small hole in the bottom of the housing to let it 'breathe'. I'm going with the mentality that water is going to get in, so I might as well plan for it and give it a place to get out. Thoughts?
