Does any body know the wire colors for the left turn, right turn , brake light, running lights.

Brake light = green / red trace (behind drivers taillight)
running lights = green (behind drivers taillight)
grounding stud found behind drivers taillight)
The turn signal wires are the colored wires going to the top bulb (sorry not certain of the colors)
