Need to know how to change dash lights 96 tacoma

    2 inch lift: old man emu coils, Bilstein 5100s, AAL 17x9 -12 mm XD Machete wheels, 265/70/17 Grabber ATXs Tom Woods one-piece driveshaft ECGS bushings Leer cap
    The previous owner of my 1996 Tacoma installed after market blue dash-lights but now they are shorting out, and the dimmer switch has never worked. is there an easy way to fix or reinstall this?
