I have a problem one of my fog lights is way brighter then the other. what could be causing this? any info would be great they are hid's and i did the anytime fog light mod a while back.

2008 Tacoma 4 door trd off road

3 inch Tuff Country Suspension lift, Removed the Mudflaps, Tinted windows, Nitto Trail Grapplers with 18x9 XD Monsters debadged and aftermarket grill. Fog light anytime mod. Hids in fogs and headlights and all led lights. Flowmaster 40 series. Bed pocket lights mod.. TRD Seat covers, Aries Bull Bar Plasti-Dipped Black with 2 Hella 700 converted HID.

Its prolly either the relay or the bulbs. I got mine and one was really bright white and the other was a kinda purple color and it kept flashing. I contacted the company and they sent me a new set of bulbs. The bulbs were then the same color but one kept flashing like it had a short in it. I replaced the relay and the problem was fixed. Hope this helps..

I said relay earlier but I meant your ballast..

ya I tried that with 4 different ballast and its still the same outcome. im gonna order new bulbs and see if that fixes it.
