    Waiting on parts!
A buddy and I attempted to install SPYDER after marker CCFL headlight assemblies today in my 2010 Tacoma TRD Access cab. When we connected to the halo ring wires to the parking lights (as the instructions indicate) the halo lights never lit up.

I have checked the halo rings with the battery, and they work.

Im assuming that when the halo rings were connected to the parking lights, there was too much draw causing a fuse to blow.

The Problem: I dont have parking lights or tail lights now. I have checked all fuses but cant seem to find the problem.

A: Parking lights and tail lights do not work in "parking light" position.
B: Parking lights and tail lights do not work in "headlights" position.
C: Turn signals/hazards still work front and rear.
D: Headlights still work (re-installed factory headlights till I can figure this mess out).

    What I have done:

A: I have checked all bulbs (still good)
B: I have checked all fuses under hood and under dash (all good)
C: I have checked that wires from parking light to fuse box have not been cut or severed.
D: I have used a volt tester to check if power is getting to the fuse box position. (its getting power)
E: I have used a volt tester to check the positive side of the wires running to the parking light. (its not getting power)

Am I missing a fuse somewhere? Im bent on the fact that I think its a fuse!!

Is there a specific fuse thats listed for just the parking lights?

    Suggestions?

Could be a relay. I have a 2012 and i believe the fuse boxes are different. Look under the cover for your fuse box and see if there are any.

Found the problem! Turned out to be a fuse that I missed. (under the dash for "tail". Apparently the tail lights run all the running lights. Found that to be odd, but happy its fixed! Now just trying to wire everything up before it snows in about 4 hours. Should be no problem, just cold!
