Map and dome light wont work please help

I was swaping my dome light and map lights with leds and when I was taking off the cover of the dome light I accidently touched the flathead to the metal and it sparked and now neither of them turn on is it a fuse that I blew or am I comepletly f'ed?

 

Well all my other lights work do you happen to know what fuse it is?

Not only is this thread over a year old, that's not a very helpful response.

The fuse that is most likey burnt out is the DOME fuse. It should be located in the dash fuse panel by the drivers left knee, it's a 7.5 amp fuse.
