Replacement lenses for 7" Kragens??

So I bought 4 7" Kragen HID's from the group buy on the board here, thing is, they are all the euro beam pattern. I know spots are available, but, just not in the group buy.

I would like to make 2 of them spots and I would assume that it is simply a lens swap?? Where would I get those lenses? Has anyone done this yet?

Have you changed this? you can get replacement parts. you only need the bowl. the lens is the same for both pencil and floods

 

I have not done this. I have searched and have no idea where to get replacement parts. The seller from the group buy never even responded?

I would even take it to the next level...convert them to spots and add 55W ballast and bulbs. I know the 55W ballast is available on eBay for $13 shipped.
