Left parking, speedometer, fuel gauge lights out

Just bought my 04 Double Cab yesterday and was told I need to replace the driver's side parking light bulb to pass safety. Swapped out the bulb no problem but it still won't come on. Every other exterior light works as it should however the speedometer and fuel gauge lights are also out.
I don't even know where to begin. Any advice would be helpful.

Are any of the fuses blown?

 

To be honest, I swapped a couple fuses without success. Also, would it be a fuse if just the one parking light is out? Would it not affect the tail lights?

 

Are the parking lights tied to/in series with the speedometer and fuel lights? Am I missing the correct fuse?
