Buy tamper proof 4MM bolts (security screws, requires a special tool to remove them).

The same way a thief will.

Battery powered Dremel and 30 seconds to grind flats, spin it off with a pair of Channel Locks.

Battery powered Dremels and Sawsalls are common tools in a criminal's toolbox these days... same reason welding your exhaust will not save your cat.

Best option is those piaa lock nuts and weld a 3in long tube around the nut just big enough to fit the key and socket in.

I'm sure if a thief wants something bad enough he will get it, I was trying to help the OP. Thanks for making his situation hopeless.

I just used double hose clamps (one on top of the other) on my Piaa lights. Since they're mounted on a (dare i say...bull bar) it's hard to get in there with a socket. With the double clamps it would take too much time to get all 4 off useing a socket wrench...not benificial for your average rip off and dash dick licken dog.

These work fine for what you are asking for and have used them myself.

I think there awesome. Work just like there supposed to. Only thing I find ridiculous is the price. But I suppose it beats buying new lights. Can someone pm me link to kragen lights gb?
