You gotta be F'ing kidding me. They just painted over some little film to cover them... Thanks for the tip. I'll check it out.

    Thanks!

That bar looks really tall for a 32" SR... But it could be the angle or are the 10w LEDs bigger?

I sent TL an email but I never heard back. I'll hit them up when I get back in town.

10W LEDs are a lot bigger

I haven't posted in the thread because the last thing I wanted to do was pass on the excuses that I've been getting but I thought I'd better say something. It's been pretty frustrating.

My first water-jet guy bailed on me after cutting an entire batch of useless plate with completely f*cked up tolerances and measurements. So I shopped around and thought I found a dependable CNC shop that just sent me their first batch of plates. They were supposed to be laser cut, but they've been hand-cut and drilled. WTF?!

Also, I never got the LED light bar from the people who were supposed to provide me with one to prototype off of. Just excuse after excuse from everybody...

The good news is that I do have a number of other shops that I will be contacting to do my CNC-cutting. The bad - they're more expensive to work with.

Do you still do the one-offs or are you just sticking with batches for the 42" TL?

I can do more one-offs. What size/brand light bar do you need mounts for?

He only built the light mount... you might have to contact the people he built them for that data... ;)

I moved it further back because the glare was horrible! I moved it to the "B" pillar vs the "A" pillar where is was...
