Would it be hard to put Led's in the door handles ?

Idk if anyone has done it yet but i kinda want to put the led's inside the outdoor handles kinda like the bmw's when you unlock the doors like courtesy lamps just wanna know if anyone has attempted it yet

 

I've never seen it done on a Tacoma yet but I think it would be a neat idea. Doesn't seem like the simplest of mods but if you do it post a lot of pics.

My thought would be to flush mount some in the bottom of the doors pointing straight down so when the door is opened it would illuminate the ground allowing you to see where you are stepping.
Although, the door handle idea is kinda cool. Might not be TOO hard to run wiring through the handles, provided they are hollow, or at least open on the inside...

 

That's exactly what I was thinking I picked up a couple LED lights that I saw somebody do to a Tundra it was posted back in 2009 so I'm going to try this on Saturday hopefully it works out

There's these. Very slim. People use them in retrofits for demon eye lighting. They're not waterproof, but the led part could be coated in silcone or clear heat shrink. Not sure if there's something else that would work better.
