Im looking to put in 4 55 watt lights. will i be ok running this without problems with losing power, they are off road lights not for blinding people!! i hate people who run 8000 temp hids. Im also wondering because i have a system and i do not want to f anything up electrically.

You'll have 0 issues. Those are tiny lights in comparison to a lot of other off road lights. I'm running the same amount of lighting on the front of my truck.

Don't just hook up to the headlight harness (not really clear how you planned to wire), but switching through a relay, connected to the battery, fused, you can easily run a couple or three hundred watts.
