    Welcome to TW

If you're looking for temperature for HIDs, I would prefer to have 4300k - it's the whitest light before going blueish.

Headlights, etc. are bought mostly on ebay.

Hid's are going to be bright no matter what i have them on my truck but as offroad lights, but if your looking for a white beam look 4300-5000k and adjust your headlights so they are not pointing up it also helps you prevent the finger. As far as parts try www.trdparts4u.com
