Broken headlight tabs, possible help?

Was pricing out a set of 2012 factory housings for another member and happened across this when looking up the price for '05-11 housings (BTW: $190).

Interesting... seen a few people post about broken mounting tabs, and it looks like these are some kind of repair part for those.
Just under $12 each... might be worth a shot to save a broken $200 housing!

 

by tabs do you mean how the housing mounts to the truck?

or the little tabs that hold the lens to the rear of the housing?

jb weld can fix almost anything plastic i would look into that as a possible fix.

 

Dunno... the drawing appears to be the mounting tabs.

There is a section in the repair manual showing how to attach the new mounting tabs.
