    Hello TW,

I just bought some new headlights and am wanting to put some HID's in them. I am not having much luck purchasing them so far and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on where to order.

I tried to call DDM yesterday, got put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Tried to call later that day with no answer. Now trying to call again today and still no luck... If I'm having this much trouble ordering from them, how much trouble am I going to have when I have any tech support or warranty questions...

Before we talk about projectors, yes... Those would be ideal. And I do understand there is a GB going on right now, but I don't have the funds to drop on them right now...

Sooooooo... All I'm really wondering is if anyone knows a good company to order HID's from...

    Thanks

Just order online and do warranty stuff online if you order through them. They just suck when it comes to answering their phones. Always have. I take care of it online and they always get my stuff back to me in reasonable time. If you're willing to spend the extra coin go with slimchubby and someone else

I know this thread is older but I have used kits from www.sharphid.com for years now (several sets in different cars) and have had good results. So far not so much as a burned out buld. SharpHID also gives a lifetime warranty.

I finally just went through DDM's website and got a set through there. Took about 2 weeks, but I've had them on for about a month with no issues. Thanks for the info!
