What is your price range? You can go cheap like Ebay or retro your own so we are talking from around $150-$1K so just depends on the quality you want.

theretrofitsource.com and a DIY black headlight mod. If you want HID's, I'd strong suggest getting projectors. Plus, it lets you black out the entire headlight for a really nice look like this VV

Don't put HID's in a stock housing... They aren't meant for it.

For just blacked out headlights, check out Depo brand headlights.

Those aren't mine, those are Cowboyz. He painted his stock headlights black and installed a projector retrofit kit. The kits are between $2-300 depending on which kit you buy.

Here is a link to the current group buy for retrofit kits:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/group-buys/240416-round-10-hid-projector-retrofit-group-buy.html

The retrofit process isn't terribly difficult. Mini H1 and Mini D2S Stage III kits are the easiest and do not require any permenant modification to your headlight assembly. The FX-R kit is a little more money and will require you to drill holes in your headlights and are a bit tougher to align properly.
