I am installing aftermarket fog lights with a new harness. Do I just unplug the bulbs and switch from the stock fog light harness and leave it there or what should I do? (2nd Gen)

Do whatever you'd like to. Many trucks have these harnesses run thru them...Locker, lights, etc etc etc....even when the truck doesn't come equipped. It doesn't help anything unless you start removing ALOT of wire to drop weight. And it doesn't really hurt anything in there...
