*nevermind* re-posted for future help of others:

    ADJUSTMENT

If your factory head lights are pointing rather high, you can adjust them. Also, usually after installing an HID kit, you would most likely have to do some aiming, as well.

To adjust the height, use a long philips head screw driver to adjust it. The adjustment knob for the height is the one on the bottom closest to the fender (referring to the driver's side head light). To adjust up, you would turn your screw driver clockwise. To adjust down, turn the screw driver counter-clock wise.

To adjust the headlights from left to right, you would take off the black plastic cover off of the adjustment knob that is placed right in the middle of your headlight. You would adjust it the same way as the height adjustment knob.

OK, I found the screw under the black plastic cover but not the one that controls up and down. Where the heck is it?

I actually found it, for up and down, it didn't look like it was using screw driver, so, i used the 8 mm rivet socket for adjustment. tight spot for adjusting...

is there any horizontal adjustment for the 2013?

kodiakisland, let me know if you need any help, take a photo and see if you can elaborate the area

Here is a diagram of where the up/down adjustment is. On my 2011 there is a slot formed by two plastic ribs above the nut with the 8mm head. A philip'shead screwdriver fits down this slot and into the nothches of the adjustment head. The counter clockwise turn to lower the light is for the screwdriver (the adjustment head will turn clockwise). If you use an 8 mm socket to turn the adjustment head twist it in a clockwise direction to lower the headlight beam. Head light Adjustment.jpg

How many twists are allowed? I just put in some BROCK headlights from Partsgeek for $130 and it seems like the adjustment screws on both are just decorations .

Not uncommon for adjustment screws on aftermarket assemblies not to work, or break when turned too many times so that they no longer work. I'd definitely recommend OEM.
