High beam not working on volt HID's

Hello, Ive had my volt hid's for about tw0 months with no problems. Now one of the high beams likes to stay low. It switches from side to side but both wont come on. Was wondering what is causing this to happen? Ive contacted volt but in the meantime I seek advice from fellow taco owners. Could it be the cold weather in FLA. LOL that has my battery a bit low and wont power them both? Just an idea.... Ive check all grounds and connections... Everything seems fine and my low beams are working flawlessly. Thanks in advance for any help.
