wilderness package pimp out, sleeping platform, canopy, rack, debadge, tinted glass

Has anyone direct wired Christmas Lights on to the battery...or even better, with some sort of disconnect, a plug receptacle under the hood that can be left there year after year (almost like a reverse 'block heater' and you plug into it seasonally for a lighted christmas wreath on the grille.
It would want to come on and off with headlights. And it would want to be inverted from DC to AC.
