Wiring DDM Tuning H4 HID's

So im putting in a pair of 35w 5000k hid's into my ebay headlights and ran into some problems. I wired my hella 500 hid's easily and they worked fine but these ones arent going so good. I plugged everything in (the 3 hid to ballast connectors and the 1 3 prong connector that used to be plugged into the old bulb) and switched them on and nothing happened. Am I supposed to use the DDM wiring harness also or what could be the problem?
