Anybody made any kind of custom tail lights?

I was actually thinking of starting up a project some time or another making my own set of custom tail lights. Can someone point me in toward some ideas?

You're going to start with some housings I'm assuming, and maybe paint like a BHLM or install your own LEDs? I don't think you can projector retrofit reverse lights ha

I'm still gathering my thoughts on what I'm going to do really! I'm liking that retro fit reverse light idea! sound bright! I though about VHT lenses and possibly going with a led ring for a blinker something crazy and different!
