    That's what I'd do.
    Extra ballasts is always nice. One of the guys did a comparison of ballasts that he took apart to compare construction and quality was all over the map (as expected from cheap imported electronics).
    Main thing that's going to fail is the ballast, and having a couple of extras can keep you on the road.
