Is my LED dome light still good?

2001 Tacoma TRD Doublecab

I was putting it in and the sticky part on back covering all the panel connections was off. I didnt even think about the connections touching anything but they did and it sparked which turned off my clock, radio, and the light. I replaced the blown dome fuse under the hood with the cig 15a fuse, and the radio is good but now the lights not working. Am i gonna have to replace the light or could it be that its not working cause the cig fuse is missing under the dash?
