That link is a great tool to find the Carling switch body part number for what ever you are looking for. After that the trick is finding someone that sells it.

Easiest way is to wire the lights like normal with both leads having a 10 amp diode on each end. The diode lets voltage go one way and not the other they are a couple bucks at radio shack. Way cheaper to wire it this way than to do a 3 way switch like in a house. The diodes have arrows on them or bands that dictate which way voltage will flow and which way it won't .
In simple language, a diode is like one-way valve which allows electric current to flow in one direction but generally does not allow it to flow in the opposite direction. The direction of the electric current in the diode may be reversed. However, even if it is, the flow will still be one directional.

    ?????????????

And exactly what will the diode do?

There's no need for diode isolation. There are two ways to do it... wired like a 3-way, which involves pulling exactly one extra wire and maybe another $5 for the switches, or wiring it so either switch turns them on... but the same switch must be used to turn them off.

BTW: OP, source your power from a switched accessory lead, OR install a master on-off switch ahead of the in-dash 3-way.
Otherwise you might come out one morning to find someone has turned your lights on from the bed and killed your battery.
