2013 switchback DRL Blinker

I bought a pair of 3157 switchback led lights for my 2013. I ran into a few problems...

1. The light seems to be working in reverse (white turn signal, steady amber)
2. Several fuses blew when trying them

Doing some research, I found that maybe the lights are not wired correctly for my truck... They need to be ck wiring? Not sure.

Can someone just link a set of switchback led lights that you have personally bought with no problems. There are many different variants of the same light and not everyone lists the fine details. (Under $40 if possible)

OR... is there a way to fix the lights I have bought so they stop blowing fuses.

Please don't tell me anything about adding a resistor, all they do is prevent hyper-flashing and they do not solve this issue

Yeah I've had the same problem. I put a set of them in the tail lights they work fine. The set for the head lights works only when blinkers or on but when you turn on the DTR light/parking lights it blows the fuse??

 

Mine work pnp amber dtrls, white ntrls and amber turns. With a little wire mod, you can have white dtrls/ntrls and amber turnsignals. No issues what so ever.
