Okay, I've seen this here before and now can't find anything! At one point I thought I saw a how-to wire up a switch to adjust your headlights from the cab. This option was from a car, I forget which.

F-250 Land Yacht Mod

yosh2000 started to do that mod but I don't believe he every finished. He sold (or is trying to sell) his Tacoma and the lights went up for sale unfinished. The motors were from a Lexus I believe.
