Hid bi xenon problem

    Salvaged 98 tacoma extra cab 2.7l
    halo head lights, black cornor lights, black tail lights, custom front bumper, billy/eibach coils up front with dakar2.25in leaf pack in the back. Rack and pinion bushings replaced. Usw low profile tool box. Sony explode door speakers. Memphis 12in sub in fox box.
    I just installed some hid bi xenon bulbs and ballast and when I turn on the lights it all works except for when I flip Dom high to low nothing happens it just stays at a high beam

    Sounds like a bad relay in the relay harness. Check to see if your getting power out of the plug that is d shaped. Its what switches from hi to lo
