Well, there are many things you can do. I'd suggest opening an account on HIDPlanet.com and looking around.

by the way they are plug and play ...it took me about 1 hour to install both and thats just because you have to flip the way you connect the harness to the ballast. no special harnesses required for this. for more info check out advancedspecialties.com for more info...i bought mine here eccellent service....check it out

Really, I haven't seen halo headlights for the 01-04 Tacoma since ACAHID made them. What was the price of them? Have any pics of them?

Is this just an HID kit? I don't see any projectors or actual halos around the projectors in the headlights.

    He wanted this:

    And you have this:

All I see is an HID bulb in there. Am I missing something????

I was in the hunt for those a while back too, but they are impossible to find and ACAHID went out of business. Plus they are rediculously expensive. I actually just got some extra headlights, because I am about to do a HID projector retrofit.

If you want to get halo headlights, I would do a projector retrofit. Now If you don't want to buy those expensive projectors, ballasts, etc., there are still more options. You could retrofit some Acura MDX halegon projectors. They sell for pretty cheap, like $40 a pair. Then get some CCFL halo rings from Oznium.com in whatever size you need. Finally get some shrouds to dress up the projectors, you get you lawn light covers for a cheap, effective shroud. Then open up your headlights, install the projectors, install the halos, and put everything back together. If you think about it, you just spent $70-$80 for $1400 projector halo headlights by doing it yourself.

sounds good, but first, what are lawn light covers. you mean lights that dress up your front yard? also, if you do this, you should document it. take pics, and such...

Yep, for dressing up the lawn. You could by expensive projector shrouds, but my buy them when you can make them for cheap. Here's a pic of what I mean:
