So I'm looking to put a light bar in my scoop. The light would be more practical in the fact that I would be putting more light down the road (it would probably be amber or yellow in color.) Or I could go the other direction and put in a blue strobe just for fun. What do y'all think?

Check the laws in your state but here in ca I'm pretty sure that both wouldn't be legal for street use

Normally any red or blue light mounted to shine forwards is illegal. Go with a rigid or similar that you'll actually be able to use if/when you can.

What about something like this? How does it compare to the Rigid in light output?

Well yeah I'm kinda dropping the scoop idea now and just looking for a light bar. This damn paycheck is burning a hole in my pocket!
