Ok I've looked around and no clear answer. And no I will not do my own retrofit or bhlm. So just give a straight answer. What's the best plug n play projector halo headlight?

It has nothing to do with the sealing on them. The lenses for the projectors are cheap and don't project like real projectors. You might get a small amount of better light output with plug n play headlights combined with HID's, but it will be severely scattered.

If you don't want to take the time to do a retrofit, either buy a retrofit from one of they guys on here or don't do it at all...

I once had a set of the eagle eyes and I absolutely hated them. The light output was horrible and they fogged up. I had to use my fog lights with HID's in them just to be able to see the road so I went ahead and did my own retrofit. Now the light output is amazing and no running of the fogs. Now, I will never be able to do without one.
