Recently, I've been having to flick my headlights off and on to get them to fire. I checked all connections, grounds etc... One thing I noticed is that whenever I flick them on, the relay makes a click noise. Could it be a bad relay, ballast or something else?

Btw, i'm running a Morimoto Mini H1 retrofit with 55w ballasts

    Thanks,

It depends on how you have them wired up. I assume by retrofit you have Hi/Lo single bulb HID's. What harness are you using?
Both lights don't fire? Then I believe it's not a ballast. It would be odd for both to go out. It does sound like a relay, now more testing needs to be done to determine if it's the stock one or the HID "controller" one.
