'10Tacoma Access Cab

...any suggestions on the best approach to wiring driving/ fog lights I mounted on a front rail of a Thule or Yakima rack? The front rail of the rack hangs about 1/8th the way over the back of my (access)cab. These lights were really designed to be mounted on the front bumper...
