IMMEDIATE HELP ASAP!!! Projector retrofit and BHLM

I have a 2012 tacoma and have done the projector retrofit and BHLM.
To reseal i scraped out most of the stock goo as i could and placed a generous amount of the 3M window weld in the channel where the lens meets the housing.
Went well for awhile after aiming, re-aiming, and re-aiming again.
but now the 3M stuff isnt holding at all and the lenses have almost fallen completely off!
i thought it might have been the reflective bowl pushing out too much, but i really dont know. if i aim them down anymore then my beam wont be high enough for any benefit.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I LOSE MY LIGHTS!

anything someone can recommend besides the 3M stuff?

Did you make sure you squeezed them together enough to engage the plastic clips? What about the three screws?

When sealing them up, bake them, push them together, then use clamps to hold them down, then bake again then push once more for extra measure. If it's leveled when you aim then the reflector shouldn't be pushing out too far. Also make sure the housing lock in to the tabs around the headlight like mentioned above.
