light Decision

Hello everyone,
I have bought a light bar for my 07 Tacoma that goes in the front. I need some help with what lights to put on it. I can put four light on it. I like the Hella Black 500 or 1000 but have heard they are not bright. Here's what i want:
1.wont break the bank
2.good lighting
3.2 driving and 2 long distances
also whats the best way to set up the lights on the bar.

A good suggestion for budget friendly lights that put out a lot of light you can go with Hella 500, 700, etc and convert them to HID with a plug and play kit. Check out this thread if you haven't already http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/lighting/60590-hella-700ff-hid-conversion.html
